Basic rules if you want to get rid of cellulite
Say goodbye to your sedentary lifestyle and do a sports program to follow it religiously;
Alcohol. You can drink a glass when you go out, but do not overdo it;

What exactly can you eat?
Here are the recommendations of Prof. Dr. George Mencinicopschi, specialist in human nutrition and director of the Institute of Food Research:
1. Proteins with high biological value
* The Animal – soft dummy egg, chicken, turkey, chicken, ocean fish, not fried but occasionally red meat without fat, natural yogurt, kefir, sana, Ricotta (but do not overdo it with fresh or ripened cheese, you are not allowed more than 25 grams per day)
* The Vegetable – legumes and cereals (beans, chickpeas, soybeans, lentils, quinoa, buckwheat, oats)
2. Essential Fats
* In particular essential fatty acids omega-6 and omega-3 fish, extra virgin olive oil, natural butter (20 grams per day), cold pressed sunflower, flax, hemp, pumpkin.
* Do not forget the raw nuts and seeds: pine nuts, sweet almond (5-10 per day), Brazil nuts (1-2 nuts per day).
3. Complex Carbohydrates
Are those from whole wheat flour, rye. You can eat pasta and bread, but make sure that are made of Spelt, mixed with durum wheat, quinoa, or other combinations of grains.
4. Antioxidants
We find a long list of fruits and vegetables: pomegranates, blueberries, blackberries, cabbage (especially kale), strawberries, spinach, raspberries, broccoli, plums, alfalfa sprouts, wheat, beetroot, avocado, oranges, grapes red / black, pimiento peppers, cherries, kiwi fruit, baked beans, sweet potatoes, celery, carrots, Brazil nuts, walnuts, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, almonds, apples, pears, tomatoes, onions, leeks, garlic, zucchini, watermelon, blackberries, mushrooms, endive, artichokes, nettles, wild garlic, pilework, seaweed.
5. Beans – They are rich in omega-3 fatty acids
Due to the high content of omega-3 fatty acids, the experts recommended that we consume every day a handful of raw nuts.
